Engagement Principles Our approach is methodical, practical and collaborative. We always begin with a free-of-charge scoping discussion to understand your needs and problem statement. We then propose an engagement plan aimed at addressing your needs. The initial and critical questions are easily posed: where do you want to develop your business to? What needs to happen to get there? How will delivery be governed and which resources or capabilities are required along the way? About Lukas
With over twenty years experience across industries and countries in Operational- and Strategic Human Resources Management, I have a passion for working with organisations and individuals to articulate ambitious strategies and execution plans that drive real long term value.
I am holding a Masters degree in Social Research Methods with Statistics from the London School of Economics, am an AWS certified AI Practitioner as well as a member of the European Champions Alliance (ECA) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) specializing in leadership- and career coaching.
I am currently conducting doctoral research on the intersection of leadership, legitimacy, organizational design and artificial intelligence (AI) at the Poznan University of Economics and Business.
